Program Overview:
Our newly developed Graduate Program offers a unique opportunity for candidates with diverse backgrounds to gain a well-rounded experience in our organization. The program spans a duration of 24 months, divided into four rotations of six months each. This structure ensures that participants gain a comprehensive understanding of both mechanical engineering and commercial aspects of our business.

- Candidates with a mechanical engineering educational background who possess a strong interest in commercial business and project management.
- Commercial Background with Mechanical Engineering Interest:
- Candidates with a commercial educational background who are keen to explore the world of mechanical engineering.

- Mentorship: Participants will have the opportunity to work closely with a personal mentor from our global management team, offering valuable insights and guidance throughout the program.
- Continuous Development: Gram Equipment is committed to fostering the growth and development of its talent. Participants will have access to the Gram Academy, a platform dedicated to ongoing learning and skill development.
- Community Building: Join a vibrant and peer-based community of talented individuals within our organization, creating opportunities for networking, knowledge sharing, and collaboration.
How to Apply & Our Recruitment Process:
Our recruitment process is designed to identify and nurture potential talent. We believe in comprehensive evaluation, from video interviews and cognitive assessments to in-depth interviews and real-world business case evaluations, ensuring we welcome the best fit for our Graduate Program.
- Application and Assessment: Apply untill May 1st, 2024, and if shortlisted, you'll complete a video interview and cognitive assessment.
- Interview and Evaluation: Promising candidates proceed to a comprehensive evaluation phase, which evaluates their behavioral competencies and business acumen, including a detailed assessment of a business case. This stage will continue at the latest until end of June 2024.
- Contract and Start Date: Upon impressing us at every stage, you'll sign a contract and officially begin your journey with the Gram Equipment Graduate Program on September 1, 2024.
