Join us as our new Demand Planning Lead OneHealth
In this important role, you will be predicting future demand for our human health products, in collaboration with sales, marketing and innovation teams.

You are motivated by taking ownership for architecting and refining our forecast- and demand-planning process from a Supply Chain perspective to ensure timely and translatable data, and you are driven to make a meaningful impact, both through structuring and strengthen cross-functional collaboration as well as through employing appropriate digital tools – merging the human interaction with data and tech.

As a highly analytical individual, you bring a structured approach to your work and excel at leveraging extensive data available for our S&OP process. Strong communication skills enable you to identify key decision-making factors and take appropriate actions, and you are driven to make a meaningful impact.

You can work independently and are comfortable making vital and influential decisions. Additionally, you possess excellent cooperative skills, enabling you to grow relations with partners at all levels and across borders.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:

• Broad collaboration with many different stakeholders
• Architect and refine our forecast- and demand-planning process
• Statistical forecasting of expected product demand
• Understand demand trends and customer ordering patterns in collaboration with B2B partners
• Consensus demand forecasting in collaboration with Sales and Marketing
• Support our Supply Planning process in collaboration with our two external production leads and as backup for the Supply Planner
• Contribute to and participate in and Sales & Operations Planning
• Reporting of Key Performance Indicators

Potentially relevant experience:

• Minimum 5-6 years of experience within Demand Planning is mandatory, preferably from Food supplement, FMCG, food or Pharma companies
• Experience within S&OP and Supply Planning will be of great advantage
• Relevant educational background at minimum Bachelor level or equivalent, for example Business Studies, Supply Chain Management or the like
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and MS Teams; knowledge of Dynamics 365 BC and SAP is a plus
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
• Relevant APICS certifications are a plus

Location:
This job will be located at Kgs. Lyngby, Denmark (hybrid, with the possibility of working from home 1-2 days a week)
