Operating in the aerospace, defense, and security sector, Terma supports customers and partners all over the world. In Terma Support & Services (TSS), Programs, we are currently 4 project managers and 2 specialists responsible for after-sales activities. These include support projects and coordination of service agreement projects, warranty handling, repairs, delivery of spare parts and training.
“Alongside our daily work with customer cases we continuously work with improving our processes and tools, so you will have plenty of opportunity to influence how we do things and put your ideas forward. As the department is based in both Lystrup and Herlev, and we are working with Terma colleagues all over the world we focus specifically on team spirit, helping each other and collaboration across locations, projects and tasks. It takes team effort to succeed,” says manager Inge Hald Andersen.
Manage projects and service agreements in the after-sales phase
Focusing primarily on Security projects (e.g. radar and communication systems), you will manage projects where the complexity on customer incidents requires further support. In your work, you will have a coordinating role where you understand customer needs, apply structure to complexity and depend on colleagues and stakeholders to solve an incident and complete each project. Your tasks will entail:
“There will be a steep learning curve, but you will quickly get to know our internal interfaces. You will run about a handful of diverse projects and incidents simultaneously, some independently, so you need to be able to prioritize. But you will have experienced colleagues ready to help you settle into the job,” explains Inge.
A technical foundation and experience with customer contact
As a person, you are service minded and like interacting with customers. And you understand the necessity of coordination and follow-up to ensure that the activities are moving in the right direction and the customers are satisfied. In addition, you are a great communicator who can explain your input to people from different technical and cultural backgrounds. It is a prerequisite that you are fluent in both Danish and English

- planning, execution and follow-up on project activities and budget
- coordination of level 2 and 3 support cases
- Maintaining long term contracts with key customers globally
- sharing lessons learned and implementing best practices in the daily work
- creating process descriptions, building product knowledge and participating in proposals

- You have a few years of experience dealing with customer needs.
- You have experience with project management, preferably from technical companies, and it is a plus if you have experience with service desk systems.
