We are looking for a new Management Assistant to the Senior Vice President of Technology & Innovation. Our division counts +350 people and your new colleagues are technology wizards and innovator masterminds. We thrive with challenging the status-quo and have an in-dept passion for taking Terma to the next level. Our daily work life is hectic at times and not two days are alike. The work culture is informal and flexible and offers room for professional and personal growth.

Examples of work tasks:

  • Most importantly, you act as trusted partner and highly professional Assistant to the SVP of Technology & Innovation. Your primary role is to constantly make him even better through your ability to execute on tasks, sparring and support
  • You handle internal and external communication tasks
  • You handle meeting bookings and calendar management
  • You arrange workshops and full-day meetings in the area of teambuilding, leadership focus, etc.
  • You maintain and execute on organizational charts, annual wheels, etc.
  • You are responsible for Leadership meetings, minutes of meetings and action logs
  • You join quarterly meetings between the Leadership Team and Executive Management
  • You bridge cooperation and act as ambassador towards Executive Management and cross organizational functions
  • You are on the forefront of tasks and act as project manager for internal projects
  • You support onboarding of new employees at the upper level of the TEC organization

Your background and personal skillset may resemble the below:

  • Minimum +3 years of experience from a role as Management Assistant, PA or EA in a complex and global organization
  • Relevant BSc or MSc educational level
  • Experience from working in a global context with English as the corporate language
  • Skilled user of the Office Package
  • An executer with the paramount level of a trusted personality and professionalism
  • Mature, robust, detailed oriented, positive and able to keep tract of many tasks at the same time
  • Works independently and possess the capacity to shape the position
  • You must be willing and able to thrive in an organization where the everyday is characterized by being very heavy on engineering
