Terma develops and manufactures products and systems for defense, non-defense, and security applications, including command and control systems, radar systems, self-protection systems for ships and aircraft, space technology, and advanced aerostructures for the international aircraft industry.
At Terma, we are increasing our efforts within both our Root Cause Analysis process and daily Quality support towards our Electronics Manufacturing in Lystrup. We are looking for a replacement, for an employee who is retiring, to join the team supporting the manufacturing area and who can contribute with both functional competences, experience and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude. Our target is to reduce internal failure cost levels.
You will be working and supporting an exciting part of our production that covers radar, antenna and harness production. The position will include handling of non-conformances, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) work, driving and executing RCA projects including Corrective Actions and their effectiveness, plus being a part of the analysis and implementation phases. You will also work with statistics, reporting and follow-up. Together with your colleagues, you will provide daily support in the manufacturing area, working closely with both Manufacturing Engineering and Operators.
Your professional qualifications
You have a thorough technical understanding, most likely building on an educational background as engineer or technician. Documented knowledge of electronics manufacturing will be an advantage.
As part of your previous experience, you have gained hands-on experience with both RCA and problem-solving methods, as well as statistical analysis.
Knowledge of workmanship standards like IPC 610/620 will be preferred.
In order to be able to communicate effortlessly across the entire value chain, we require that you possess strong verbal and written Danish and English skills.
Your personal qualifications
As a person, you have a systematic and analytical approach to problem solving, while maintaining an open mind towards input from the organization and bringing onboard new learning.
The job will require you to work with a multitude of employee groups and stakeholders, therefore we require you to be able to communicate clearly at all levels, manage multiple ongoing tasks and be persistent enough to secure proper and timely follow-up on actions.
You will work both independently and in teams and you possess the confidence and personal robustness to withstand pressure without compromising on quality.
