For this journey, Supply Chain & Quality Management (SCQM) are looking for a driven and talented individual with knowledge and experience in Quality Management to help us achieve just that by developing, improving and driving our future Manufacturing Quality organization.
SCQM – Manufacturing Quality
With reference to the Senior Vice President in SCQM, you will be part of the SCQM management team and have the responsibility for an organization with +60 engaged employees (75% blue collar/25% white collar) covering Quality Assurance and Quality Control, across two manufacturing facilities in Denmark. The position covers both leading others but also leading local leaders on the manufacturing sites.
The department is responsible for ensuring excellent quality from customer contract throughout the production processes. You will be responsible for ensuring daily operations runs as smooth as possible seen from a Quality point of view, and at the same time ensuring we continuously develop our tools, processes and quality systems in our constant strive for quality excellence.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Manufacturing Quality teams through people development, coaching, training and talent acquisition
- Develop high performing teams by coaching and improving individual capability through performance management systems and processes
- Develop the quality strategy, goals and objectives for Terma Manufacturing Quality and ensure alignment with all other functional groups
- Establish and monitor performance through KPIs aligned to the organization’s strategic objectives through excellent performance management and execution
- Champion quality excellence and quality first behaviors, transparency and collaboration to internal and external stakeholders and lead the way for quality awareness throughout our manufacturing value chain
- Assure compliance and continuous improvements to QMS as well as the integration with other management systems (AS9100)
- Develop and execute continuous improvement plans and lead failure investigation and corrective actions
- Be a member and key player in the local manufacturing leadership teams and represent quality and quality interests.
- Utilize a data-driven approach to quality management to evaluate critical measures of our manufacturing processes to make the necessary adjustments to increase quality and reduce costs
Your professional qualifications
- 5+ years of work experience within Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management or Operations (Lean/Six Sigma)
- Experience with Quality e.g.: Supplier Quality, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Six Sigma etc.
- Experience with process optimization e.g. Value Stream Mapping, Lean, Six Sigma and Quality excellence toolbox
- Excellent communication skills including fluent Danish and English skills (both orally and in writing).
- International mindset, experience from working internationally is an advantage
Your personal qualifications:
- Self-driven and outgoing personality with a positive mindset
- Passion for and experience with leading in operations environments e.g. manufacturing, logistics, supply chain or quality
- High level of determination combined with a fact-based and analytical approach to secure ideas are prioritized and implemented
- You make things happen and are identifying and dealing with issues proactively and persistently
- You are good at communicating with colleagues, a skilled relationship builder, able to navigate in complex stakeholder landscape
- Ability to communicate complex information at executive level in a simple and transparent manner
