For the Command, Control & Sensors (CCS) business, we are now looking for an ambitious and competent proposal manager. The CCS business delivers products and solutions based on the SCANTER radar and T-Core command and control (C2) technology. The SCANTER surveillance radars address the global markets for security and safety applications at sea, in the air, and on land. The T-Core C2 technology provides solutions in the naval, air, and missiles defense markets as well as protection of critical infrastructure in the security market.
The Naval C-Series combat system solutions include the SCANTER radar series and the C-Guard Decoy systems, providing capable and affordable C2 solutions to the world navies and coast guards.
As a Proposal Manager, you will be part of the proposal management department within Surveillance & Mission Systems Organization in Lystrup (Aarhus). Working in the proposal team you will be surrounded by highly skilled and experienced colleagues, you will quickly feel the drive and motivation that shapes our exclusive team. The proposal management team is steering in a hectic and challenging organisation always with a positive mindset.

Main responsibilities
- Support Sales in proposal generation and lead the proposal team
- Ensure that your stakeholders are continuously kept in the loop of the proposal process and are properly informed and involved as needed
- Assist sales lead in meetings and negotiations
- Ensure managering and archiving of relevant proposal document, for tracking purposes
- Responsible for keeping all relevant standard sales support material and tools available and updated
- Ensure that the proposal package is complete, satisfactory and in accordance with the requirements in the request for quotation
- Introduce and implement all necessary proposal procedures and governance
Your qualifications
- As a proposal manager you must be able to work independently and have a high level of individual initiative and personal drive. It is important that you can build trust and respect and that you have excellent stakeholder management skills
- You are highly structured and understand the necessity of coordination and follow-up
- Can act proactivly as well as solution and resultsoriented
- Requires business acumen and a certain knowledge about coordinating the proposal process, product(s) and solution being offered
- Computer skills/ability to work with various software packages. Working knowledge of ERP and CRM tools are required as well as high competency in Microsoft Office
- Good writing and editing skills and the ability to deliver the right compromise between quality and deadline
- Fluent in English
- Experience with handling of EU Tenders i an advantage
