Our Technology & Innovation Command and Control (C2) domain offers a unique opportunity for a passioned Assistant who wants to make a difference, encourage a collaborative working environment, and motivated by supporting management across levels. The position is a mix of various communication and PA/admin tasks where two days are not alike.
This is a 32 hours per week part time position.

You will be Assistant with direct report to the VP of the Technology & Innovation C2 organization with focus on support to the VP and his leadership team with both simple and complex administrative tasks. You will also have various administrative tasks on behalf of the entire Technology & Innovation organization.

How to succeed in this position?
For you to best succeed in this position, you must have administrative experience and preferably from a similar role. You can handle administrative processes and you are comfortable with many tasks at the same time. You are effortlessly in both verbally and written English and you have experience with different communication tasks where you can communicate on different organizational levels, and you understand the importance of confidentiality. You have experience with the entire Microsoft Office package such as Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Bear in mind that candidates for this position must be able to obtain a security clearance by the Danish Defence Intelligence Service. This entails that candidates, as a minimum, have stayed within NATO/EU for the last 7 years only interrupted by short stays abroad.

Responsibilities
- General administrative support to the Technology & Innovation C2 Leadership Team with various problem-solving tasks such as reacting on last-minute changes, arrange and coordinate both internal and external meetings
- Proactive monitoring of VP outlook calendar and responding on his behalf
- Support the onboarding of new employees in our organization
- Organize and facilitate the leadership meetings
- Coordinate and write internal communication
- Challenge status quo on internal processes
- Challenging and developing our current processes and systems to enable even better performance
