Team Lead Field Services, Lystrup

Your role in our team

As our new Team Lead of Field Services, you will have the direct management for 20 on-site Service Engineers in our Service team in Denmark. You will also be responsible for the utilization for 5 on-site Service Engineers in our Service teams in Singapore, Middle Ease and Indonesia. A significant task will be working with resources across departments and securing the right competencies.

You will play a key role in leading and developing the team with focus on fostering an open, positive and motivating work environment as well as stabilizing the existing workshop activities and gear it to further scaling. In cooperation with each Service Engineer, you will set individual goals ensuring development of your team on a professional and personal level.

You will also determine project requirements, developing work schedules, delegate tasks and guide the engineers with troubleshooting and work handling within supported products and areas.

How you will make a meaningful contribution

Your key responsibilities include:

• All coordination of on-site field service tasks within the Security and Naval business areas in cooperation with Project Managers and Service Delivery
• Ensure the accomplishment of tasks related to Security, Naval and Original equipment manufacturing
• In cooperation with Team Leads within Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul and Training, ensure resource support to these areas when needed
• Ensure competence level for the on-site Service Engineers in coordination with Subject Matter Experts
• Liaising with engineers, management, and customers to ensure projects are completed as required
• Keeping up to date with supported products and developments and maintain on-site knowledge
• Analyzing existing operations to identify risks and redundancies

You are fluent in Danish and English both in writing and verbal. Working with a broad variety of stakeholders, you also have a natural willingness to build professional relationships with both engineers and customers which require excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree within Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field of study. Preferably, combined with relevant work experience
• You have excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
• You have strong leadership and organizational abilities
• You have solid digital understanding
