About the department
Biopharm HRT Packaging, located in Måløv, is the production facility where we assemble and package all our Hormone Replacement Therapy products such as Vagifem®, Activelle® and other tablet dispenser products. Our responsibility is to ensure the supply of these products to all our markets worldwide.
We are around 110 people in our department, organised in 3 teams working with manufacturing, warehouse and planning, and 3 support teams working with technical services and process support.
Continuous improvement of our operations and productivity, building on a strong LEAN culture, is of great importance to us. We need to continue strengthening our LEAN practises, and we are also on a digitalisation journey to enable deeper insights into our processes and performance to improve further.
About the Job
Your responsibility will be to assess and contribute with ideas and actions on how we can become even better in using the LEAN toolbox in our daily operations and build an even stronger LEAN culture. And this in a context where we are becoming more and more digital and gain access to increasingly larger amounts of data from our production systems. You will work closely with the management team to define and execute these plans.
Your tasks will include support, training, nudging and coaching of your colleagues on the shop floor with the goal of enhancing their skills and utilisation of LEAN tools. You encourage and support them in identifying and utilising data to solve problems. Furthermore, you get to further develop and drive some of our continuous improvement systems for the production lines, as well as head up specific improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
You probably have a bachelor’s or master’s degree within a relevant field or a similar background. You have documented hands-on experience within the LEAN tool box, and you have an analytical mind and enjoy working with data.
You can drive and execute ideas and convert them into practical activities with other people, and you do so in a supporting and coaching manner.
You might have a background from a similar position or as freelancer, instructor, consultant or project manager. Most important is that you know the LEAN toolbox, also from a practical perspective, and enjoy being ‘on the shop floor’ more than behind the computer screen.
As you will be working across our 6 teams, we value interpersonal skills and ability to communicate on different levels and in a supportive way.
You must speak Danish and English.
