The position
In OFP we have an ambition of operating a production with continuous, automated, and closed production processes with instant release. As our new Senior Project Manager and Instant Release Partner, you will be an important player in driving instant release agenda across the organisation.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Together with Leadership Group Member, set the direction for the Instant Release (IR) journey and ensure that IR are part of line of business priorities
• Drive own projects within OFP aimed towards IR
• Ensure development and execution of area and local site plans for implementation of standards for IR
• Drive cultural change, communication, and alignment to accelerate the journey
• Contribute to identification and development of global solutions in close collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders on different organisational levels across PSQIT
• Be frontrunners by facilitating application of developed solutions, i.e., facilitate pilots in OFP
• Represent own area in IR Partner Forum, share best practice and challenges from own area
In this role you can look forward to contributing shaping the future of innovation and improvements of processes, techniques, and approaches. Your success is dependent on your collaboration skills and ability to indirectly impact the agenda through various stakeholders across the organisation in OFP and PSQIT. You should foresee a dynamic environment, where you will be dealing with various activities in parallel and where flexibility will be required.

Qualifications
We expect you to have the following qualifications:
• A master’s degree in engineering, pharmacy, business administration or similar
• Worked in a regulated and automated production environment and have experience with GMP, process optimisation and/or digitalisation
• A proven track record as a project manager or line manager
• Fluent in English, oral and written

• A team player and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-driven, proactive, curious, and resilient
• Strong flair for stakeholder management and networking
• Able to navigate effortlessly in complex environments and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders on different organisational levels

About the department
The position is in the Technology Innovation Unit within OFP Manufacturing Development, whose key mission is to redefine our manufacturing approach by creating a fully data driven and continuous process for oral tablet formulation and optimise the manufacturing production and analysis from end to end. We aim to create a new paradigm that will alter the approach to drug development by redesigning and digitalising the processes.
The department is growing, and we are currently around 16 highly skilled colleagues with different professional backgrounds ranging from data scientists, data engineers to product owners and project managers. With the rapid advancement within digitalisation, we are expanding our department and bringing in new competences and skills. Our ambition is to be the frontier, use the latest technology to make a significant impact on how we operate the future manufacturing processes.
