Analytical Professional with motivation for Quality Control - Oral Finished Products

About Market Release QC area
In Market Release QC we are approximately 100 dedicated employees all located in Måløv. Our main responsibility is to analyse tablets that will be delivered to the market. The analysis is performed to ensure that our product is of the highest quality and to optimize analytical methods. This supports the production as well as the rest of the OFP QC area, both in DK and US. In OFP QC we need to continuously improve our processes to live up to our ambition of handling more development projects and implementing new technologies.
You will be a part of the Assay team consisting of approximate 15 motivated laboratory technicians and chemists, and the team is constantly growing.
The position
As Analytical Professional in the Assay team in Market Release QC, you will ensure valid analytical results by approval of test data and provide support to HPLC/UPLC based methods. Maintenance, optimisation, and validation of analytical methods will also be a part of the job, as well as continued management of projects that will help across the department to ensure that we can meet our delivery demands. You will be working to continuously ensure optimal performance of the analyses and apply LEAN principles to trouble-shoot and improve our working procedures in close collaboration with the laboratory technicians.
In OFP we strive for you as a new employee to be off to a good start. During the first days, you will spend time with other new employees, where you will go through an exciting introduction together. The manager will welcome you, and a colleague will act as a mentor and go through your individual training plan. We know from experience that it is an important step to be onboarded correctly to ensure that you quickly become independent.

Qualifications
- You have a degree as a pharmacist, chemist or similar
- Furthermore, you are acquainted with laboratory work, preferably from a GMP regulated environment.
- In addition, you have experience with working in the pharmaceutical industry, and it would be an advantage if you have knowledge within biological and chemical analysis, such as chromatographic methods.
- If you have interest in coordinating projects across the organisation or even have previous project manager experience, it will also be beneficial.
