The position
Novo Nordisk Oral Finished Products (OFP) is growing and so are we in MES & IT System Management.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating our PAS-X projects. You will have the overview of our project portfolio and you will be involved with stakeholders internal in OFP and overall, Novo Nordisk. You will use your agile project management skills to secure progress and fast implementation. Moreover, you will also have a role in Novo Nordisk MIT MES steering group as part of your role.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Lead and coordinate a portfolio of multiple projects and minor tasks
• Manage and coordinate resources, timelines and costs
• As PAS-X Product Owner you must secure close cooperation with our central PAS-X Group ART3
In this position, you will be working across the organization, including production, manufacturing development, and global IT, and your stakeholders in and outside OFP will rely on your business understanding and your ability to translate business needs into solutions.
Qualifications
We are looking for an ambitious proactive Project Manager who can contribute to the team and organization using your experience, stakeholder management skills, and your personality. You have an interest in automation and IT.
To succeed in the role your skills and experiences could be:
• A MSc or similar in a relevant field like Software Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Business administration
• Experience with project management in IT
• Ability to navigate effortlessly in complex environments and with diverse stakeholders
• Great communications skills both written and oral in English and are open to learn Danish
• It is an advantage if you have knowledge of manufacturing execution system
It is an advantage if you have experience with IT projects from a highly regulated manufacturing environment as well as GMP experience.
As a Project Manager you can create a vision and a plan that keeps your team engaged and motivated throughout the entire process.
You have a can-do attitude and know how to motivate your team when difficulties arise. You convey your authority effortlessly and you can earn trust and respect of the people you work with and other stakeholders. You proactively prevent problems before they emerge and anticipate any issues that might challenge the scope, quality and economy of the project.
About the department
You will be part of the Technical Support department, consisting of 80 dedicated people split into six teams. We are all responsible for the technical support to all our facilities within OFP and OPF Måløv. Our noblest task is to ensure that facilities, supply utilities, production equipment and IT systems are maintained and operate in a validated state.
Join our team of PAS-X professionals and specialists who participates in analysing, configuring and implementing PAS-X which is a manufacturing execution system, in close cooperation with all other areas on our site such as bulk, pack and QA.
In our team there is a great atmosphere and team spirit, and we are a group of people with various backgrounds, but we all have in common that we want to support and help each other, have a good time, and make a big difference.
