About the position
As one of our 18 employees in the technical support team it is your job to ensure optimal function of our utensil washing equipment and other types of equipment while maintaining compliance with the legal regulations from the authorities. We work in close collaboration with other departments and areas in Novo Nordisk for optimisation and consolidation.
In the role as equipment responsible you will have a wide range of responsibilities which will include the following:

About the department
In Aseptic Pilot Plant (APP) we are 60 employees who work on producing new medicines for clinical trials in a GMP regulated facility. APP contains the following areas: Wash & sterilisation, preparation, filling, inspection, supply, environment, cleaning, maintenance, and calibration. In technical support we have the responsibility for alle the systems and equipment which supports the production in the Aseptic pilot plant, and we are dependent on our systems running smoothly and that any troubleshooting is quick and effective.

About the position

In the role as equipment responsible you will have a wide range of responsibilities which will include the following:
- Secure high maintenance level of equipment for high reliability of the equipment
- Create and update operational and qualification documents
- Annual reviews and reports for the systems as user review, configuration review and annual reports
- Technical assignments as change requests, including design, implementation, testing and qualification
- Help to qualify plants and systems in collaboration with suppliers, equipment supporters, skilled workers, and operators
- Fixed, on call duty is not part of the job, but off-duty calls can occur if any acute situations occur outside of normal working hours
Qualifications
Preferably, you have a few years of experience working in a GMP environment or you have just finalised your education and you are up for a challenge.
Furthermore, you have:
- A relevant academic background as engineer or other similar technical background
- Experience with optimisation – preferably LEAN
- Experience with troubleshooting on systems
- It is an advantage, but not a requirement, if you have previously worked with documentation, qualification, change requests and deviations within the pharmaceutical industry or similar controlled industry
- Danish language skill is an advantage not a requirement, but you should be prepared to improve your Danish language skills over time
