About the position
As one of our 18 employees int the technical support team it is your job to ensure optimal function of our HVAC, BMS, and FMS systems while maintaining compliance with the legal regulations from the authorities. We work in close collaboration with other departments and areas in Novo Nordisk for optimisation and consolidation. You will also work in close collaboration with other teams in the department, to implement optimisations and consolidation. You will have a voice in the interpretation of new regulatory requirements across Novo Nordisk. You will have a wide range of responsibilities which will include the following: High maintenance level of equipment to secure high reliability of the equipment Create and update operational and qualification documents Establish and continue the validated state of system by qualification/verification, calibration, and periotic performance reporting Technical assignments as change requests Handling of deviations Help to qualify plants and systems in collaboration with suppliers and equipment supporters Fixed, on call duty is not part of the job, but off-duty calls can occur if any acute situations occur outside of normal working hours Qualifications
Preferably, you have several years of experience working in a similar position. Furthermore, you have: A relevant academic background as engineer or similar Experience with optimisation – preferably LEAN Experience with troubleshooting on systems It is an advantage, but not a requirement, if you have previously worked with documentation, qualification, change requests and deviations within the pharmaceutical industry or similar controlled industry Danish language skill is an advantage not a requirement, but you should be prepared to improve your Danish language skills over time Moreover, you are motivated by working in a diverse department with operators, mechanics, technicians and chemists and you like to take initiative in optimising different processes. About the department In APP we are 60 employees who work on producing new medicines for clinical trials in a GMP regulated facility. APP contains the following areas: Wash & sterilisation, preparation, filling, inspection, supply, environment, cleaning, maintenance, and calibration. In technical support we have the responsibility for alle the systems and equipment which supports the production in the Aseptic Pilot Plant and we are dependent on our systems running smoothly and that any troubleshooting is quick and effective.
