The department Oral Finished Products (OFP) MDev Bulk Operations consists of 75 highly dedicated employees divided into 5 teams. The department is responsible for the tablet production for Phase III Clinical studies as well as production of new tablets not yet on the market. Furthermore, we supply products for several projects and development studies in the organisation. As the area is rapidly expanding, we are now searching for a Project Manager to be part of the Tablet support team! The position
As a Project Manager you will be part of the Tablet Process Support team consisting of 15 highly dedicated academics and technicians. The team is responsible for the preparation and support to the tablet production for clinical studies including new products not yet on the market, by ensuring GMP is followed by completing tasks including document preparation, daily support, deviation, training and change request handling. Among your main tasks you will be:
• Coordinating the introduction of new production processes into the production
• Independently drive various small and large projects with a large stakeholder landscape You should expect a high level of complexity and independent decision making in your daily tasks. This position offers you a unique opportunity, to use your Project- and Stakeholder Management skills in an exciting, everchanging and complex production environment. The job requires the ability to oversee and manage high level tasks across the department. Strong cross-functional skills are therefore required as well as an ability to engage and energize colleagues in the project/challenge at hand. You will experience an enthusiastic working climate where we take a personal responsibility for quality, delivery, and each other. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you:
• hold a master’s degree in pharmacy, engineering or similar
• have pharmaceutical and GMP knowledge
• have at approximately 2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager
• have a solid LEAN mindset
• are fluent in English and Danish both written and spoken Additionally, experience with tablet production is in your favour. On a personal level you have a positive can-do attitude. You connect easily with all organisational levels due to your excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You can quickly gain an overview over possible solutions, consequences and needed compromises and you have a passion for setting structure and standards. You can independently prioritize and make bold decisions.
