Our department, Oral Finished Products (OFP) Bulk Production, is growing and we are now hiring a Process Supporter who will join our exciting journey. Apply today! The Position As our new Process Supporter, your days will be highly varied. You will be part of a process support team with 9 motivated colleagues with very different backgrounds. This position is a unique possibility to learn about tablet production in Novo Nordisk. You will be part of the daily support to the tablet production and your role will be to ensure that the production is running and that our tablets are released timely to our patients worldwide. Problem-solving and optimization by means of LEAN methods is a great part of our everyday work.
This means that you will be performing the following tasks: • Daily, visible, proactive support for production in board meetings, handover meetings and shop floor presence
• Support the release of our product
• Ensure that the department follows standards and requirements
• Problem solving and deviation handling in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders
As Process Supporter you will be expected to collaborate with different professional groups, however the job also requires you to be able to work independently and drive own tasks in order to meet deadlines. As an experienced supporter it is also expected that you can set a direction for and drive tasks in your team. Qualifications To be successful in the role as Process Supporter we expect you to have:
• A relevant academic degree in natural science, engineering or similar
• Are familiar with LEAN principles and can work in accordance with them
• Knowledge or experience with tablet production is considered an advantage
• Proficiency in both English and Danish, written as well as spoken – you should be able to present your area during inspections in both English and Danish
On a personal level you are result-oriented, and you take pride in planning and driving tasks forward to meet deadlines. We also emphasize that you are a team-player who can work in a holistic way in order to achieve team success.
