Our department, Oral Finished Products (OFP) Bulk Production, is growing and we are now hiring an Equipment Process Supporter who will join our exciting journey – offering an oral alternative to type 2 diabetes patients all over the world. The position As our new colleague, you will have a dynamic range of tasks. You will be part of a Cleaning and Environment support team focusing on establishing and improving cleaning equipment used in the production of tablets i.e., utensil washers. You will have the opportunity to impact procedures and change the way processes are performed. This means that you will be performing the following tasks: Visible proactive support for production in different meetings such as board meetings and shop floor presence. Ensure that the department follows standards and requirements Qualification of equipment and maintenance of validated state Problem solving and deviation handling in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders As an Equipment Supporter you will be expected to collaborate with different professional groups, however the job also requires you to be able to work independently and drive own tasks in order to meet deadlines. It is also expected that you can set direction and drive tasks in your team. You will be appointed responsible for specific equipment and must ensure that the equipment is ready for production within the pharmaceutical industry's requirements. You will be the daily support, supporting production, executing projects and changes as well as optimizations related to the equipment. Your expertise is needed for driving systematic problem solving and handling incidents (deviations). At other times, equipment implementation and qualification will be your focus – all to guarantee that our equipment is ready to scale up to meet the growing demand.
Qualifications To be successful in the role as Equipment Supporter we expect you to have: A relevant academic degree in natural science, engineering, or similar You have a curiosity and flair for technical solutions as well as a strong quality mindset You are detail oriented and quickly acquire new knowledge Good Danish and English language skills are required
It is an advantage if you have experience with: Qualification, maintenance, and validation, from the pharmaceutical or other regulated industry, together with insight into GMP regulation Cleaning process such as cleaning validation / qualification Working with change request, deviations, requirement specifications and test On a personal level you are positive, result-oriented, proactive, curious and you take pride in planning and driving tasks forward to meet deadlines. We also emphasize that you are a team-player who can work in a holistic way to achieve team success. About the department
