The job
We’re looking for a Technical Business Analyst with strong understanding of software development who can bridge business challenges and technology solutions. You will collaborate with software developers, subject matter experts, users and a wide range of other stakeholders to ensure design and implementation of software solutions,
The team is newly established and is still forming, so being adaptable and comfortable with change is a prerequisite. We expect you to challenge and inspire the organisation as well as take part in establishing a strong internal community to share knowledge and learnings. The position is based in Måløv.
Qualifications Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Business, IT or another relevant field and +7 years professional working experience Solid experience working with technology solutions from the pharmaceutical industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and thrive in the intersection between tech and business

You can work independently and engage with colleagues and stakeholders and all levels of the organisation. Overall, you are passionate about agile ways of working, and are eager to deliver values with your unique skillset.
It’s an advantage if you have experience from a large enterprise setup, working with internal on-boarding and adoption of new software and/or have experience from a regulated industry. Fluency in English is a prerequisite.
