The position You will lead a team of approximately 10 highly skilled dedicated employees. The team play a key role in setting direction for Quality in the Oral Finish Product area in close cooperation with their peers in production and manufacturing development. The team is responsible for qualification, performance qualification and IT across the area and play a significant role in ramping up production capacity. Furthermore, the team handles projects related to new lines as well as rebuilding of the existing facility. The expansion of emerging technologies requires a mindset of entrepreneurship and innovative ways of thinking to ensure future demands. Your key to success lies within your ability to perform as an inspiring, coaching, and motivating manager and, at the same time practise good stakeholder management in a complex and dynamic organisation. To obtain this, you lead and empower your employees and make sure that we have the right resources in the team. You will support your employees in continuously developing the team competencies to reach present and future requirements. We expect you to drive the simplicity agenda. You will join a LEAN culture where continuous improvement and challenging status quo is a natural part of our everyday work. Qualifications To succeed in this position, you have:
  • A Master’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or similar and solid experience from the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience as people manager has taught you how to pass your own passion on to your team in an involving and appreciative way in order to support your employees in delivering their best in a dynamic environment.
  • High quality is a trademark for you, and you use LEAN as a natural part of your work.
  • Excellent communication skills, proficiency in Danish and English

About the area Emerging Technologies QA is a new area within Novo Nordisk where the oral portfolio plays a significant role. Emerging Technologies QA has approximately 85 employees and we are growing. We work with assuring quality and compliance of the facilities, the equipment, QC lab, manufacturing development as well the release of tablets for the market. We are proud to work in a fast-growing part of Novo Nordisk. As part of Novo Nordisk we aim to make a real difference for patients with chronic diseases across the world. We develop and manufacture all oral drug products late phase as well as for launch ensuring that we bring best-in-class treatments to the market.
