Then you are our new Implementation Project Manager! The position As Project Manager in Emerging Technologies Quality Control (QC), you will be the one driving the implementation of projects no matter if the projects are identified on a cooperate level or something pinpoint locally. Our project portfolio is often across departments and areas, which makes the stakeholder management part interesting and bringing the day-to-day contact important from early project initiation to launch - as well as ensuring execution and deliverables according to schedule and budget Your main task will be to ensure successful implementation, prioritisation, and execution of projects which supports our maximize capacity strategy. It is expected that you, together with your colleagues, will drive and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement innovative solutions that eliminate identified business challenges. Some of your key responsibilities include: Coordination of project activities with the large range of stakeholders across the organisation Identifying and planning the various project activities from our customers Implement projects which is identified to support our maximize capacity strategy Discover innovation solutions in collaboration with your project team and stakeholders Planning and driving performance by monitoring progress, aligning priorities, removing roadblocks and escalating Improving the way projects are executed by challenging the status quo, identifying process gaps, and ensuring solutions are pursued Our area is expanding rapidly which requires finding solutions (many automated) to meet the increased capacity demand. New laboratories are also being established to alleviate the current capacity constraints. Ultimately, the project portfolio includes implementing solutions that allow processes to be performed smarter, more efficient, and precise to support the rapid growth in Emerging Technologies. Qualifications We are looking for someone that has experience with Project Management within projects in regulated environments (GMP regulated), preferable with investments that allow you to manage and drive several projects at the same time and focus on the strategic outlook for them. In order to succeed in this role, you: Hold a diploma or master´s degree in relevant field (chemistry, engineering, etc) Preferably have experience from a GMP regulated environment (pharmaceutical industry, food, aviation etc.) Have great communication skills on all organisational levels Are fully proficient in professional English As a person, you are open-minded and eager to discover new possibilities within our area and able to speak your mind with ease. Managing a large network of people is something that drives you. You are calm, innovative and goal-oriented all of which will support your success in this role. About the department Emerging Technologies MDEV & QC is a new area within Novo Nordisk where the oral portfolio plays a significant role. Emerging Technologies MDEV & QC has approximately 200 employees and we are growing. We work with quality control and compliance of the facilities, the equipment, QC lab, manufacturing development as well the release of tablets for the market. We are proud to work in a fast-growing part of Novo Nordisk. As part of Novo Nordisk, we aim to make a real difference for patients with chronic diseases across the world. We develop and manufacture all oral drug products late phase as well as for launch ensuring that we bring best-in-class treatments to the market. Our ambition is to develop break-through products based on orally available versions of GLP-1 and other molecules. Team Innovation part of OFP QC, is a newly established team. This provides you with the opportunity to help establish the best possible setup of our framework, methods, and day-to-day operations. The team currently consists of 9 dedicated colleagues and is expected to increase to 14 in 2023.
