The position
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who is motivated by improving our governance process and creating transparency and sound practices for our project managers to follow. The projects we have in AT&I range from small improvement projects to complex innovation projects (automated solutions to support our laboratory processes etc.), purchase of new equipment, digitalisation and complex improvement tracks.

About the department
Analytical Technology & Innovation employs approximately 45 highly skilled and motivated employees (laboratory technicians, professionals and specialists), and we are still growing. Today we are organised in 4 teams. AT&I is supporting Quality Control in Emerging Technologies. We ensure that all laboratory equipment is validated and approved, ready to run relevant analysis. We innovate and build new automated solutions to ensure that our laboratories suit our needs and at the forefront of technology.

The position
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who is motivated by improving our governance process and creating transparency and sound practices for our project managers to follow. Other than being the driver of our project governance, you will:
- Set up and drive the AT&I project board
- Prepare, coordinate, facilitate and review presentation materials for investment projects
- Challenge projects to ensure that all aspects around risk, cost, schedule, benefit realisation and project governance are considered
- Coach and guide project managers across the organisation in upholding internal project governance processes
- Be part of setting the directions for our Lights out Lab strategy
- Explore the industry for new technologies we can adapt and implement in QC
- Drive your own projects when relevant

Qualifications

- Hold a Bachelor or Master’s Degree
- Have extensive experience in project management, project portfolio management, or investment controlling
- Have preferably gained this experience in the pharmaceutical industry, or other highly regulated ie. Food, Oil & gas
- Are proficient in English
