Does it give you a good feeling when your team succeeds and are you at the forefront when it gets serious? Then you must be our new Team Leader for Training, Optimization and Review team. The Position As a Team Leader in the training, optimization and review team, you will support the entire department and support production in the best possible way. We are a young team that started just over two years ago, and our way of working is innovative and sets new standards in training, optimization and review. The main tasks will be to: Guide and coordinate when we have deviations that require us to change our training documentation Help and develop solutions that makes it easier to succeed in production based on feedback from production Ensure that the optimization previously implemented works correctly Ensure that delivering is on time - coordinating with review, process support, QA and business support Coordinate the Facility who services the entire house with everything from ordering various consumables, fruit, meeting rooms, administrative tasks. You will be part of an experienced management team consisting of a Director and four other team leaders. You will work closely with the remaining teams, as well as our Warehouse, Quality and Business Support when coordinating the release.
You will have great influence on the daily work of the department and can influence strategic initiatives across the department in close collaboration with the other managers. Qualifications To be succeed in this role, you have: A bachelor or master’s degree in natural sciences, engineering, process, management or similar The ability to manage different types of employee groups from professionals, laboratory technicians and operators Leadership experience will be a plus Good communication skills in Danish You have a good overview and a sharp analytical sense, which makes it easy for you to cut to the bone and see-through connections between processes, materials, equipment and stakeholders. As a person, you contribute to a committed team, where we place great emphasis on cooperation and well-being. Therefore, it is essential that you are both open, present, outgoing and at the same time have a good dose of humour and empathy. You are aware of your responsibility and manage to make the necessary decisions to solve challenges with a sense of efficiency and quality. About the Department The packaging department consists of approximately 100 employees, divided into an operator team and a craftsman team responsible for packaging Rybelsus (tablets for diabetes treatment). They are supported by an Equipment Support team, as well as our now separated Process Support team and Training, Optimization, and Review team. We package Rybelsus into blister packs for patients in Europe and the rest of the world. We have ambitious goals for the future and work diligently to deliver our products to our customers on time and with the highest quality.
