We are looking for an Associate Manager with a strong production mindset and excellent leadership and relation building skills to join us in OFP Packaging, a part of the tablet area in Måløv. The Position As an Associate Manager for the Process Support team you will be a part of an ambitious management team who support and help each other to reach results for the business. Our department is highly motivated, and this position offers you a unique opportunity to use and strengthen your leadership and production system skills in an exciting environment together with great employees and colleagues. You will experience an enthusiastic working climate where we take a personal responsibility for quality, delivery, and each other. The main tasks will be to: Guide, coach and lead your employees in the team to successfully work within our responsibilities and systems to help production being a success Set the direction for the team linked to strategy and daily operations needs Mentor team members for individual growth Drive performance and work with continuously improvements and innovation within DV, Batch Changeover, GMP requirements and our production systems We need to build up and strengthen the competences and the team to meet the demand of the future and to be able to continuously support the increasing demand for tablets to the market to treat our patients. People skills is a must and we have five principles that guide the way we act. We call it “the way we work” Create an organisation with the right competencies and understanding to make decisions as close as possible to the process Create a framework to make it as easy for the production as possible Look forward and prevent risk Get feedback to develop Develop the way we solve problems, so they are solved the right way the first time Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: A master’s degree in pharmacy, engineering or similar Strong leadership experience Strong GMP and LEAN mindset. Experience from pharma industry will be a plus Good communication skills in English. On a personal level you have a positive can-do attitude and has a natural flair for making and keeping good relations. You are passionate for setting structure and standards in an ever-changing complex environment. Furthermore, you must be able to translate strategy into ambitious goals. About the Department The packaging department is a part of OFP and consists of aprox. 100 highly dedicated employees divided into 5 teams. The department is responsible for the packaging of tablets to the market and being ready for products in development pipeline. We are dividing one team up in two teams because the team was too big for one manager to be present and therefore, we are now searching for an associate manager for Process support team.
