The Position As an Associate Manager you will be responsible for a new team of 10-12 highly dedicated employees. You will build up and strengthen the competences and the team to meet the demand of the future and to be able to support the increasing demand for tablets to the market. The main tasks will be: Planning of production
Reviewing of batch documentation
Planning of release of batches
Training
To assure the GMP regulation at the department.
You will guide, coach and lead your employees in the team. You must set the direction for the team and mentoring members of your team for individual growth. We set ambitious targets and want you to build your team to meet these targets as well as we empower you to develop a strategic plan for your team that will support our CVP area. Your focus must be to drive performance and work with continuously improvements and innovation. You will be a part of an ambitious management team who support and help each other to reach results for the business. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: A master’s degree in pharmacy, engineering or similar
Leadership experience
Strong GMP and LEAN mindset
Experience from pharmaceutical production will be a plus
Good communication skills in Danish and English.
On a personal level you have a positive can-do attitude. You must have excellent communication skills and a passion for setting structure and standards in an ever-changing complex environment. Furthermore, you must be able to translate strategy into ambitious goals. You can prioritize and make bold decisions. People skills is a must. About the Department The department C2 Bulk Production, a part of Oral Development and Finished Products (ODFP) consists of 125 highly dedicated employees divided into 7 teams. The department is responsible for production tablets for the market. Furthermore, we are responsible for Producing Clinical and Development batches for our Manufacturing Development department.
