As our new Communication Partner, you will drive and support the communication of our strategy in OFP Production, creating sensemaking about our strategic targets and projects. Your main responsibilities will be to:
• drive communication planning in relation to strategic projects, events, and changes
• advise colleagues on communication challenges and possibilities
• develop and produce content for our communication channels
• participate in the development and implementation of cross-organisational communication projects
The job offers frequent senior management interaction and engagements across the organization, allowing you to build a strong network, while further strengthening your communication and project management skills. You will be a part of the management team in the OFP Production Support and have a close collaboration with the Corporate Vice President of the area. Qualifications
We are looking for a strategic thinker with a very strong business understanding, with brilliant networking and collaboration skills across all levels of the organisation. To be successful in this role, you:
• hold an academic degree within communication or similar
• are experienced in driving strategic communication projects and delivering high quality communication solutions
• Preferably have project management experience
• have an independent and result-oriented way of working and approach tasks with structure, energy, and a positive attitude
• speak and write English and Danish fluently On a personal level, you are a strong team player with a creative mind, who enjoys delivering on communication tasks with tight deadlines as much as being responsible for larger strategic communication initiatives. You think and act as a trusted and pro-active sparring partner by providing competent input to senior leaders and project managers to ensure the best communication solutions.
About the department
OFP Production support, is an area within Oral Finished Products (OFP) Denmark, that consists of approximately 110 people and growing, We support all of OFP production Denmark. OFP are approx. 950 committed colleagues in Måløv, organized in Emerging Technologies, Product Supply.
Currently we are in the process of strengthening our support setup with different roles, where you, as our CVP communication partner, will be one of them.
