The Position As an Associate Manager for Warehouse Support, you will get the responsibility of a team consisting of 7 - and growing - dedicated employees. As a member of a newly established Warehouse department, you will join a warehouse management team, consisting of four teams, and a department manager. As a team and management team, we have a very close collaboration and we help and motivate one another to reach our ambitious goals, while we contribute to a healthy working environment. You will be responsible for leading Warehouse Support team in close cooperation with the Warehouse Operation teams and our colleagues in Production. Our main responsibility is to make sure that we operate our warehouse within the right time and quality, in a GMP regulated environment.
As a newly established department you have a unique opportunity to bring your thoughts, engage in dialogue with different teams and set the direction to ensure solid warehouse operations. Your main tasks: Be responsible for running the Warehouse Support team. Set the direction for a newly established team. Be visible and present to your employees, Ensure a high level of commitment through sparring, coaching and process confirmation. Create a culture that supports continuous improvement, collaboration and engaged employees.

Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: Warehouse, Production or Logistic experience (preferable – not a prerequisite). Leadership experience GMP experience in the pharmaceutical production Good communication skills in Danish. A good ability to set a clear direction.

About the Department Oral Finished Products (OFP) Production & Business Support is a newly established area within OFP Denmark, that consists of approximately 120 people, divided in three departments – Technical Support, Warehouse Support and Business Support. The Warehouse department is newly established, bringing together teams from different areas. We are focused on driving improvements and build a strong muscle between the two warehouses and the support teams.
