The position
In Oral Product Development (OPDev) we are on a journey expanding and optimising our production capacity while optimising our facilities towards having zero environmental impact. To help us succeed, we are looking for a person who is driven by leading specific optimisation initiatives and to collaborate across our organisation to secure a sustainable approach.
As our new C4Z Partner your main responsibilities will be to:
• Lead strategic projects and initiatives related to the Novo Nordisk environmental strategy – Circular for Zero
• Work across our organisation with a strong focus on reducing CO2 emissions
• Seek best practice and inspiration from similar units across Product Supply Quality IT
• Be responsible for identifying innovative solutions to reach zero environmental impact In this position you will be working across the organisation, including production, manufacturing development and business support, and your stakeholders will rely on your business understanding and your ability to translate business needs into solutions.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you:
• Hold an academic degree in Engineering, Project management or similar
• Have several years of relevant experience in managing environmental sustainability projects, ideally in a production and/ or Good Manufacturing Practice environment
• Are able to navigate effortlessly in complex environments and with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Are proficient in English, while Danish knowledge will be seen as an advantage As a person you are analytical, structured and organised, with the ability to communicate complex subjects in an easy, understandable way, keeping things simple. We are looking for a team-oriented person, motivated to share experience and information with your colleagues while being an example of self-drive, proactivity and responsibility.
About the department
You will be part of the Technical Support department, consisting of approx. 55 dedicated people split into four teams. We are all responsible for the technical support to all our facilities within OPDev in Måløv. Our noblest task is to ensure that facilities, supply utilities, production equipment and IT systems are maintained and operate in a validated state.
You will be a part of our team of facility responsible, utility responsible and project managers who oversee the operation, optimisation, and maintenance of all our facilities, and our Utility equipment (Lab. Water, compressed air, and HVAC systems) in our office and Quality Control labs. You will be in a team, where there is a great atmosphere and team spirit. We are a group of people with various backgrounds, but we all have in common that we want to support and help each other, have a good time, and make a big difference.
