As our new Equipment Responsible, you will be part of the equipment support team, responsible for purchasing and validating a variety of equipment in the tablet production. Initially your main focus will be on establishing the validated state for new tablet production equipment and preparing it for GMP production. Eventually as the equipment transitions into daily production, focus will be on driving continuous improvement projects, validating new or modified equipment and handling incidents in the production.You will be responsible for carrying out daily tasks that include:Validation activities Optimization projects Major change requests Complex deviations Sometimes, your expertise will be needed for problem solving – facilitating the systematic root cause finding by means of LEAN, such that we can implement corrective and preventive measures. At other times, driving optimizations and leading projects will be your focus – making sure that we will be able to meet the growing demands of the future while keeping our production up to date.QualificationsWe are looking for someone experienced in equipment validation in a GMP environment, with a systematic approach and a strong quality mindset. You thrive in a position where you can influence and set the direction for GMP related to our tablet production equipment and feel comfortable in leading complex problem solving related to equipment issues.To be successful in the role, you:Have a science or a technical background, at bachelor level or higher Have +2 years of experience from a GMP production environment Are able to independently drive equipment related projects from idea to implementation Experience in working with change requests, deviations and other GMP tasks related to production equipment is considered a strong advantage Are fluent in English, both written and spoken On a personal level you are result-oriented, good at planning, and you take pride in driving tasks forward and meeting deadlines. We also emphasize that you are a team-player who can motivate the people around you, and you are motivated to mentor and guide less experienced colleagues.About the departmentOFP is organizationally located in Product Supply, which globally employs approx. 14,000 of Novo Nordisk's more than 43,000 employees. In OFP production, we are rapidly growing and at the present we are approximately 900 comitted colleagues in Måløv. We have great ambitions for the future, and we are working hard to get our new product successfully distributed to the market. We support tablet production for the market, ramp-up and optimization of our proceses in close collaboration with the other teams in the Bulk area.
