The position In ET, LEAN is more than just a set of tools, it is a culture and a mindset that are continuously developed in our organisation. As one of our new Department LEAN Partners you will become part of a team supporting the entire department. You will be responsible for identifying and driving the next LEAN initiatives in the department and for improving the LEAN maturity. Your main tasks will be: Establishing and owning the basic LEAN roadmap for the Department Driving and executing LEAN initiatives to build the foundation and integrate it into daily business Establishing the structure, training and guidance’s related to systematic problem solving (SPS) Coaching of leaders and key personnel in performance board meetings and SPS facilitations Facilitate problem solving activities in the Department Drive improvement projects Implementation and improvement of LEAN systems or tools to solve business challenges Facilitate process mapping activities (e.g., Value stream mapping) Moreover, you will be a part of a LEAN network across the business unit and will be involved in cross organisational LEAN projects. Your LEAN colleagues will consist of Department LEAN partners from other departments, and a centralised LEAN team with LEAN partners and Specialists supporting across the business unit.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you have: A strong LEAN toolbox and proven track records of results within a manufacturing environment – preferably in a highly regulated environment Experience with managing projects and driving implementation of initiatives Excellent change management and stakeholder management skills at all levels Hands-on experience in improving visual management and driving data driven decision making A relevant academic degree and are fluent in English As an individual, you are positive, corporative and solution orientated, and you work systematically, logically, and proactive. You can interact and communicate at all levels of the organization, and you take pride in solving your tasks and challenges as close to the process with the close involvement of your key stakeholders. On a personal level, you are a team player, but are not scared of working on your own when you coach and challenge leaders or when you are collecting data in the production. You have experience with implementing optimisation projects and you naturally involve and motivate your customers to realise the business targets. About the department
2nd Generation Rybelsus Production is located in Emerging Technologies in Novo Nordisk’s Product Supply, Quality & IT. We are approx. 60 dedicated employees in the department working towards getting equipment and process ready for market production. At the same time, we are expanding and bringing on new employees and critical roles in order to create a sustainable work environment geared for the future.
