Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to support, coach and drive the success of our new tablet production? We are looking for two energetic and engaged Associate Managers for our vastly growing team of employees, and with the right behaviour and skill set, you might be the one! The Position We are looking for two Associate Managers in the Department: one to lead a team of 10-12 professionals focusing on document/job instruction handling and optimisation, batch review and training support. Another to lead an ambitious team of 18-20 employees working with establishment, ramp-up and daily operation of our bulk tablet production. The main tasks will be to: Expand and adjust the team and its competencies according to the department needs to match future demand and our project-to-production mindset journey (team currently consists of 14 employees). Drive employee development focusing on an inclusive and diverse work environment, where different opinions are valued and where high employee engagement is the key to success. Stay close to your employees in the office and shopfloor environment to understand and challenge them in whatever roadblocks they might encounter. Direct timely progress on project and production plans through empowerment and employee involvement. As a part of a management team, you will focus on succeeding together through trust, dialogue, and close collaboration. Your primary workplace will be close to your employees where you use your curiosity to get to know your team, their needs, and their process. You will challenge and help each other find the most sustainable solutions for the entire department. As a true leader, you believe that the people working with the process are the true experts on best-in-class solutions. You have succeeded in creating followship, inclusion and an engaging work environment and your leadership approach is based on curiosity and people skills. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: 2-3 years of work experience, either as a leader with a leadership toolbox or as an individual contributor combined with leadership programmes, courses or alike. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration competencies. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and you dare take the difficult conversations for the greater good of the team and department. A sincere interest in the routine pharma-production aspects of our journey as well as the project-related. You are a trustworthy person who thrives in an environment where change of priorities and new challenges is a part of your daily work and development. Your leadership approach is based on curiosity and coaching is focused on thinking outside the box and daring to try out new solutions. About the Department OFP is organizationally located in Product Supply and is steadily growing to support the demands of the market. We are approx. 950 committed colleagues in OFP Production in Måløv split between two buildings and we have great ambitions for the future! The department is responsible for the qualification, ramp-up and production of our next generations of the Rybelsus tablet and we already have approx. 60 employees onboard.
