We are looking for an innovative and curious colleague with a strong proactive can-do attitude. In this position you will ensure stability and quality in our training administration processes and tools, in close collaboration with e.g., Managers, Process Responsible or Training Supporters in our area.
Your primary role will be to:
• Deliver professional support to line of business within training administration and be the local expert in our training administration tool.
• Identify and implement optimization and standardization opportunities in our Training set-up in the area.
We welcome you on this journey of ramp up across the organization and training activities, in which you can play a key role in standardized and bundled training content at the highest possible level in the organization. Qualifications Since we have just started a new team the most important qualification is your passion, drive, and understanding of the training administration process, and to ensure training is made available for our end-users. To succeed in this position, you must thrive in a high pace environment, in which things are anything but static. This requires great collaboration skills and the ability to communicate in a clear and simple way. The right candidate should preferably have the following skills:
• Experience with training administration, combined with a degree in a relevant field. Ex. within training development, business administration or similar.
• Experience within GMP and the pharmaceutical industry is considered an advantage but is not a requirement.
• Knowledge for GMP requirements for the content control and training process.
• A flair for, and a natural interest in IT systems.
• Full proficiency in English and Danish; both oral and written. On a personal level you have a can-do attitude with a curious and pragmatic approach. You thrive in an environment with many stakeholders where most of your time is spent together with line of business. Last, but not least, you enjoy being a part of a team where sparring and humor is high on the agenda. About the Department Oral Finished Products (OFP) is a business area located in two different production buildings, which consist of approximately 1000 people. OFP Production & Business Support is a newly established area within OFP Denmark, that consists of approximately 120 people, divided in three departments – Technical Support, Warehouse Support and Business Support. We are establishing a new team “Sustainability & Skills” with focus on setting the direction and executing our strategy within Circular for Zero, Health & Safety and training in OFP DK.
