You will become part of a newly established team called 'Operational Excellence' with responsibilities in Training, LEAN and Optimization – and therefor the team consists of both Training Supporters and LEAN partners. The department has not previously had a dedicated team focusing on these two areas, and as such, you will be crucial and have a significant influence on how we collectively unlock the immense potential. Regarding Training, our overarching goal is to take ownership of training processes and systems in the department, contribute to problem-solving (DV, A3, etc.), high-quality documentation and deliver best-in-class training for production. The second half of the team, with their LEAN expertise, will take ownership of the daily LEAN culture in the department. This includes tasks such as driving leader standard work, developing and process-confirming performance boards, implementing Kaizen Boards, facilitating A3/QMT, etc. We have high ambitions and aim, as a team, to become experts in the areas related to training and LEAN. The Department In Oral Finished Products (OFP) in Måløv, you will contribute to our journey of delivering tablets to millions of diabetes patients worldwide. We take pride in making history and contributing to a new chapter in Novo Nordisk's success story with this new product, which is not produced anywhere else in the world. In the production facility where we belong (BULK production), we handle the responsible dispensing, blending, granulation, and tabletting of our powder/tablets - along with the corresponding washing areas. We are more than 350 employees in the department collaborating closely with good colleagues in Manufacturing Development, Technical Support, QC, and QA. We understand the importance of a good start, and we look forward to meeting you The Job You will be the overall owner of training throughout the department and participate in audits and inspections if training is in scope. You will contribute to the overall OFP Bulk Training strategy and be the Training Expert in the department. You will join a network of training professionals from across the company where you will share knowledge about best practices and receive guidance and support to implement, anchor and maintain these practices in your area. In this network you will grow together while solving problems and driving desirable impact and business value. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders (external and internal), leaders and target groups to support optimal training and increasing human performance. You support your stakeholders and be sparring partner to training colleagues with choosing the right training methods and activities and support them in developing effective and efficient training. In order to do that, you will drive and facilitate workshops, carry-out process confirmation on training maturity and setup. You apply a fact-based, and data driven approach. You are able to demonstrate and visualize how training and competence development contributes to solving business problems and managing change. You actively seek opportunities to enhance learning and human performance by supporting effective training content development as well as application of relevant technology, digital tools and job aids. Qualifications Proficient in Danish and English. +3 years’ experience in a regulated environment – preferably with Training. For us, it's not crucial that you come from a specific educational background, and therefore, your skillset and knowledge can be based on: Learning science, HRM, Psychology, Sports science, Engineering or equivalent. Equally important is that you bring the right mindset: Your personal drive, focus on improvement opportunities and the ability to execute projects independently and proactively, secures that value is added where it matters. You possess strong communication skills including the ability to build relationships and ensure trust and commitment from stakeholders. You have an investigative and analytical approach to problems, and you strive to see them first hand so you get a clear understanding of how competence development can contribute to the solution.
