As a Training Professional, you will work closely with various stakeholders and target groups to ensure optimal training and act as an anchor for standardizing, simplifying, and optimizing our training setup. You will provide analysis, design, and development of simple and effective training solutions that meet training needs and address business problems while ensuring compliance with training requirements. In this role, you will support department management in ensuring effective and efficient training within our production areas, with responsibility for the training setup in your assigned department. You will also be the go-to person for training-related questions in your department. The key responsibilities of this position include: • Collaborating with Training Project Manager to identify training needs and develop training solutions with end-users.
• Developing effective onboarding plans for new employees with a focus on reducing time to skill.
• Develop, maintain, and update training structure in departments including coaching local trainers.
• Acting as a strategic sparring partner for the management group and proactively taking initiative to address business needs related to training.
• Engaging with stakeholders across the organization, to assess challenges and evaluate impact. You will use the Novo Nordisk training toolbox to develop effective content and workflows that enhance human performance and increase right-first-time outcomes. Qualifications
We expect the candidate to have:
• A relevant master’s degree within adult learning, organizational development, psychology, or other relevant background.
• Experience with designing and implementing training and in-depth knowledge of different training and learning principals are a plus.
• Full proficiency in Danish and English.
• Ability to handle complexities, and great ability to present and visualize content in an appropriate way.
• Ability to work in a well-structured manner and execute projects and tasks independently and proactively.
• Interest in building competences, learning internally used tools, and using new technology.
Moreover, experience from a GMP regulated industry is considered an advantage.
You present good collaboration and communications skills, as you will be working with both external and internal stakeholders. You posses great ability to constantly seeing opportunities instead of limitations. About project and department M1 is a large investment project within Biotech and Rare Diseases with high complexity, both within the project itself as well as externally within the Fill Finish Expansions program. The aim of the project is to build a completely new manufacturing facility including the implementation of two isolators and supporting processes and other advanced technologies. M1 aim to innovate our processes on a broader perspective and to the absolute extent possible and therefore the job will require a good innovations mindset and sound judgement of what will work and what will not and ability to drive this innovation across team and organisation. Candidate will be joining the training team in M1 that consist of 4 colleagues and one allocated Training Project Manager. Tasks handled by the team and Training Supporter are assignment of training to internal and external employees, conduction of training needs analysis workshops with all departments and work packs in the project, ensure implementation of Training for Competence strategy hereby eg. supporting each work pack in writing high quality job instructions, Training Outlines, and implementation of new technology as augmented reality together with project manager for Innovation and digitalization. The job is located in Måløv, with temporary office in Ballerup Working at Novo Nordisk
