Join our team as we seek a dedicated individual to serve as the Health & Safety (HS) Partner for OFP Production DK. This pivotal role involves driving the development of the HS network, setting the strategic direction, and prioritizing HS initiatives. You will be part of a newly established team in which you will take the lead on the HS efforts, together with two HS Supporters. In this role, you can also expect the following: • Maintaining a HS management system and network within OFP Production DK, aligning standards, priorities, and procedures across the division.
• Implementing HS initiatives, performing HS Management Reviews, and contributing to planning, executing, and following up on internal and external HS audits.
• Driving strategic Health & Safety plans across OFP Production DK, ensuring alignment with area strategies and plans and prioritizing HS initiatives.
• Ensuring compliance with legislative standards.
• Collaborating with SVP HS partner for Emerging Technology, aligning OFP initiatives with overall strategies.
• Driving and implementing activities and projects across OFP Production DK.
• Supporting HS representatives in executing HS annual processes, facilitating network meetings, developing competencies, and ensuring compliant HS rep organization. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have: • Relevant education at B.Sc. or M.Sc. level, e.g., such scientific education or similar.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• A strong understanding of Danish health and safety legislation, including a solid including solid understanding of ISO45001 and management systems.
• The ability to drive activities and projects from inception to implementation.
• Solid stakeholder management skills.
• Trustworthiness and interdependence, with respect for corporate and people culture.
• Fluency in both Danish and English communication.

OFP is a business area located in two different production buildings consisting of approximately 1000 people. OFP Production & Business Support is a newly established area within OFP Denmark, consisting of approximately 120 people, divided into three departments: Technical Support, Warehouse Support, and Business Support. We are establishing a new team "Sustainability & Skills" with a focus on directing and executing our strategy within Circular for Zero, Health & Safety, and training within OFP DK. We adhere to a Triple Bottom Line strategy, ensuring a focus on environmental and social responsibility as well as economic accountability. The primary HS priority for OFP Production DK is to maintain compliance with our management system and cultivate a healthy and engaging work environment.
