As a Training Project Manager, your role is to support the line of business in ensuring an effective, efficient, and compliant training set-up. Your main responsibility is to drive the implementation of our concept Training for Competence as well as other training related projects, such as competence steering. The solutions you create will help the business deliver quality products to our patient according to the rapidly growing demand, and you will make the workday better, easier, and simpler for your colleagues. Your key responsibilities include:
• Driving projects to deliver world-class solutions within training
• Engaging with stakeholders from all parts of the organisation
• Using the Novo Nordisk training project management toolbox • Identifying training needs and applying relevant technology, digital tools, and job aids
• Utilizing data to assess business challenges and evaluate the impact of the projects All above will be performed in close collaboration with your training professional colleagues and end-users, process experts, and managers. To truly understand what adds value, you will spend a lot of your time on shopfloor and with stakeholders from line of business. The primary workplace is located in Måløv, where our main stakeholders are based. The office space will be in Måløv until September 2024, at which point we will move to Taastrup. Qualifications To be successful in this role, we imagine you: Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in learning and development, business administration, organisational psychology, or another relevant discipline
• Demonstrate experience in project management with a proven track record of driving change management
• Possess expertise in instructional design and in-depth knowledge of adult learning principles • Exhibit excellent facilitator skills and the ability to visualise content in an engaging way
• Showcase knowledge of and experience applying LEAN principles to optimise and reduce waste
It would be considered an advantage if you possess experience in pharma or a GxP-regulated industry and are certified in project management (e.g. Prince2 Practitioner). On a personal level you have a high degree of independence, are ambitious, and structured. You have a can-do attitude with a curious, pragmatic, and open-minded approach, thriving in an environment with many stakeholders. You enjoy being a part of a team where sparring and collaboration is high on the agenda, and you contribute to continuous improvement of your own as well as shared tasks and processes. About the Department You will join a newly established team within Oral Product Development Project Office in Emerging Technologies. Our growing team, QMS, Training and HS plays a central role in supporting the rest of OpDev, ensuring high quality, a safe work environment and a continuously improving training setup, to ensure optimized daily processes.
