The Position As an Associate Manager for Warehouse Operations, you will be responsible for a team of highly experienced and dedicated operators and an Operational Responsible Technician. You will join a Warehouse Leadership Team consisting of three Associate Managers, a Program Manager, and a Department Manager. As a leadership team, we insist on seeing opportunities rather than limitations. In the department, there is room for both laughter and seriousness, contributing to a healthy working environment. You will be responsible for managing the daily warehouse operations in one of our two warehouses, working closely with your team, the Warehouse Support team, and several stakeholders. The warehouse currently operates on a day shift schedule. Your main tasks will be to: Oversee and manage the daily warehouse operations alongside your team. Be visible and present for your employees. Work closely with your team to navigate increasing complexity. Ensure a high level of commitment through sparring, coaching, and process confirmation. Manage relationships with key stakeholders. Drive continuous improvements through small and medium-sized projects. You must foster a culture that supports continuous improvement, collaboration, creativity, and employee engagement. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should have: Strong people skills. Experience in warehouse, production, or logistics (preferred but not required). Leadership experience. GMP experience in pharmaceutical production (preferred but not required). The ability to set a clear direction. Fluency in Danish and English Additionally, you must thrive in an environment where ongoing change and shifting priorities are part of business development. About the Department ET Warehouse is a department within Finished Products Denmark, which is divided into three departments.
