Bunker Holding is looking for service minded and talented Student Assistant who can communicate with various stakeholders to join our IT support team located in Middelfart.
In this position, you will gather experience in the field of business support and customer service, as well as ad hoc tasks supporting the IT Support team. You will also build relationships throughout the global organisation. As Student Assistant report directly to the IT Support Team Lead supporting our colleagues world-wide.
The position will be time-limited and connected to your studies, and with the possibility of extension.
Helpdesk support via phone and email
Your main role is to provide end-user support through phone, ticket system and e-mails. Some of our employees in America may also need ongoing assistance hence your work hours will be in the afternoon starting from 2pm and onwards. It is important that you are able to work between 17.00 and 22.00 as a minimum. Expanding the working hours is also a possibility in both ends of the time frame if interested. You will work remotely from home and we expect you to work 2-3 times a week during the above-mentioned hours.

- Have ability to handle a busy working schedule
- Have English and Danish proficiency – both written and verbal
