For Muehlhan Wind Service (MWS) we are currently looking for an experienced and energietic SHEQ Operations Manager, based in Middelfart, to ensure execution of the daily operational SHEQ tasks.
Muehlhan Wind Service A/S is a full-scope contractor and supplier of specialized and "best-in-class" wind turbine technicians, as well as Installation- and Service solutions. Our expertise lies in the areas of; Mechanical Work, Paint- and Surface treatment, Blade Work, Electrical and High Voltage Work, as well as SHE/QA consulting.
Muehlhan standards are the highest in the industry and our Project Management department follow PRINCE-2 principles - to ensure quality and deliverables.The Company is solution oriented and innovative, and wishes to be involved in R&D Projects, implement new technology and change business models, in order to increase efficiency and deliver value to our customers.
Via Muehlhan Group, we are able to operate on a global scale, with country specific knowledge and local content.
THE ORGANIZATION
The position is new in the organization and you will report to the Head of SHEQ. The position is based in Middelfart, however regular visits to our project sites is to be expected.
MAIN TASKS
You will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the operational SHEQ-team. In addition you will support the creation and execution of SHEQ-plans as well as being an important player in shaping the future SHEQ-process.

THE CANDIDATE
EDUCATION
There are several approaches to this position. You could have a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Occupational Health/Industrial Hygiene or technical field, preferably Occupational Health & Safety. Most importantly you have the desiret knowledge and understanding of SHEQ.
TRAVEL ACTIVITY
Approx. 25-30 days a year
LAUNGUAGE
Fluent in Danish and English both orally and in writing
IT
Excellent computer skills in the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
PLACE OF RECIDENSE
Within 1 hours drive from Middelfart.

- Lead and coordinate the SHEQ-team in Muehlhan Wind Service, in a growing organization.
- Ensure suitable representation from the SHEQ team during all project phases from tender to through project execution
- Ensure robust SHEQ-plans, RAMS etc. for projects
- Implement and sustain a strong SHEQ culture in in all operational functions
- Support and develop high quality of toolbox talks, safetywalks and campaigns
- Ensure a high and professional level of SHEQ-support, both internally and with external partners
- Proactively identify the risks and challenges in the projects
- Conduct safetyrounds, safetywalks, audits and more
- Analyze work incidents including lessons learned
THE CANDIDATE
- You have experience from a similar position, and you have solid experience from the wind-industry.
- You are analytically strong, have a problem solving mindset and an excellent communicator.
- You thrive in an independent role, where quick decisions are often made.
- You have a positive approach to people, you listen and have the ability to coach and teach your employees in a positive way. Furthermore, you are robust, calm and balanced.
