Interacoustics is a leading manufacturer of diagnostic hearing healthcare equipment, and you will be based in Middelfart, Denmark alongside 200 colleagues. You will sit in our local IT organization alongside 10 colleagues in Middelfart and collaborate with 20 more in Poland. We also work closely with our Global IT organization of almost 500 employees.

Challenging tasks in a global environment
We offer you a position with a great variety of tasks and opportunities for both personal and professional growth.

Your overall focus will be to work on our global business project, transforming existing business processes and functionalities to a global way of working. Your focus will be on the development of our Navision (ERP) solution, related to logistics, finance, warehouse, or field service processes – making sure that we operate with a verified global solution. You will also help the business and your team define the design and explore new technologies together with the developers.

You will support and implement Navision and Business Central. You will work with all our Dynamics NAV/Navision solutions but primarily our Dynamics NAV 2009 core solution, which is used by Interacoustics and its sister companies. We are beginning to migrate to Business Central.

Your primary work areas will be:

  • 2nd and 3rd level support to Interacoustics and its sister companies worldwide, including troubleshooting and analysis.
  • Dialogue with super users and business process owners to uncover needs, perform analysis and design new functionality.
  • Take part in assigned projects and project handover.
  • Carry out implementation according to internal processes and standards.
  • Prepare technical documentation and facilitate testing together with users.
  • Act as “Application Steward”. You will oversee integrations and take charge of the application administration.
  • Work with functional designs in cooperation with the Navision developer.
  • Take part in the global implementation of Navision.
  • Work with test automation. This means that you will drive the test cases and make the functional screening of the solution.

Moreover, to succeed in this role, you:

  • Are comfortable with ERP solutions, preferably NAV/Navision and/or Business Central
  • Are both technically proficient and business oriented
  • Have strong stakeholder management skills
  • Can put yourself in the user’s shoes
  • Are comfortable in spoken and written English
  • Like to travel: expect 50-60 days of travel per year

Experience from a similar role in a larger international company or from a consulting firm would be a plus, as would a bachelor or master’s degree within IT.
