Would you like to develop your skills in an innovative and world-leading company within diagnostic hearing and balance solutions? We are looking for a talented Electronic HW Developer who strives in an international environment, working together with the industry’s best and brightest. You’ll be joining a global unit who handles various tasks across the Group companies, within areas such as quality, development, mechanics, software, and operations.

The team:

Our R&D Hardware and Mechanics Department designs, develops, constructs, implements, tests, and releases products and technologies from companies within the Diagnostics Group. The department consists of five teams: PCB layout, Mechanics, Firmware, DSP, and Electronics. Your new colleagues are skilled engineers with a detailed understanding and knowledge of our products and technology.

The HW department’s focus and vision are to drive new technical innovation from idea to product. We involve and collaborate with subcontractors to have the new technology enabled and verified in research projects and later implemented in product projects.

The job:

You’ll play an active role from the start of the concept phase and until the manufacturer hands the design over to mass‑production. You may handle several projects at the same time, so it’s important that you’re good at organizing your tasks.

“One of the things that is unique here at Interacoustics, is that everything is in-house. The whole product, the whole process. We have all types of developers and engineers, we have clinics, test rooms, EMC and other test facilities, which means if you have a question for your software engineer, you get up and walk 50 meters, and you can get answers to your questions straight away. It gives everyone here a very clear understanding of what it’s we do, and how we contribute to helping people with hearing disabilities” – says your new manager, Palle Sarka.

Your tasks will include:

  • Analog circuits for electrodes.
  • Circuit simulation and system modeling.
  • Low noise analog circuits for our clinical products.
  • Customized designs for microphones and speakers.
  • Development of analog circuits in an RF- and EMC-correct design.

You relish challenges and teamwork:

We are seeking an individual who embraces change and tackles new challenges head-on. In our industry, adaptability and a willingness to learn are essential qualities.

The ideal candidate is not someone who sticks to established norms, but someone who also seeks innovative approaches to hardware development. Your creativity will be key in pushing the boundaries of what's possible.

Success thrives in collaborative environments and we’re seeking a candidate who can harness their personality to cultivate teamwork, foster open communication, and ensure alignment on shared goals of success.

We value trust and freedom!

We trust and value your professionalism, experience, and dedication. Your new perspectives, insights, and ideas are the cornerstones of our success, and we encourage you to think out of the box and structure your workflow with a high level of freedom.

We expect you to thrive in an environment with a high pace where two days are rarely alike. You’re a self-driven person with a clear awareness of stakeholders. Moreover, you have an analytical and systematical approach to solving complex problems.

We offer you the opportunity to become part of a large, growing international organization with great ambitions. You’ll join a team of skilled and dedicated colleagues and work in a friendly work environment based on collaboration, trust, and respect. We provide thorough onboarding and training to make sure you can take on your new tasks, and we offer opportunities for personal and professional development.

Want to join the team?

We encourage all interested parties – regardless of gender, age, ethnic origin, and nationality – to apply for the position.

Please send your CV and cover letter as soon as possible, as we are screening candidates on an ongoing basis.

If you have any questions about the position, please contact hiring manager, Palle Sarka, at +45 21 66 81 34 or [email protected].
