Manager for Front office HR Services

Do you have minimum 5 years of experience within HR services - all the administrative and transactional back-office work that makes the employees feel secure because their contracts, salary, holiday etc. are under control? Do you also love when things are in order? Do you like to use systems and tools and find the cause if something is not working optimally? If you have just ticked three boxes, then we have the right job just waiting for you in our brand-new domicile in Middelfart, where you will sit together with your closest colleague. You will extract numbers and data as well as analyze and organize/present them so that they can be used by others. It can e.g. be, employee lists with data on salary, conditions, car arrangement etc. for our external C&B adviser Mercer. You will also work with optimization of our overall service setup and the associated processes. This could e.g. be the introduction and practical implementation of a new ticket system. Even though your responsibility is the Danish organization, all systems and the like are international. Some tasks are handled, by e.g. our service center in Tallinn. Your own manager is based in Finland, and you also have HR Service colleagues in Sweden, Norway, the UK and the Baltics.
Your responsibilities
- Be responsible for HR Services in DK with great emphasis on developing the function
- Ensure that contracts, salary, holidays etc. are in control – the salary will soon be handled by an external supplier
- Ensure that managers and employees get answers to their questions on e.g. salary and holiday rules – requires knowledge of legislation and agreements
- Carry out various analyzes and process figures and data so that they are understandable and accessible
- Develop and optimize processes, e.g., on the basis of feedback from users – as well as ensuring that the new processes etc. is known and used by managers and employees
- Follow up on costs and budget
- Ensure good cooperation with the international HR team and external partners
Your background
- Minimum 5 years' experience with HR services in an international organization
- Experience with process development and optimization and great motivation for this type of work
- Experience with analyzes and subsequent processing of numbers and data
- Good English and Danish skills, written and oral
- Experience with SAP and good skills in Excel
- General flair for IT – ABB's system landscape is quite extensive
- A proactive and independent approach with control over the details and a will to get things right
