Group CSR and Sustainability Coordinator

DOVISTA is on an exciting growth journey, and is now the leading European facade windows and doors manufacturer. CSR and Sustainability plays a vital role in the continued business development, and they are looking for an ambitious and dedicated Coordinator who will become a vital part of developing the new Group CSR & Sustainability department. You will become a key player in the implementation of the Group CSR and Sustainability strategy.
You will work closely together with Product Management, Operations, Group Finance and Communications where you will build the knowledge base, analyze CSR and Sustainability data and produce material for the group decision making process. One of the other important roles is to be the knowledge and project resource on CSR and sustainability in the full value chain. You will monitor developments in regulation, legislation and market requirements and assist in the communication to relevant internal communities. Besides that, you will also work on establishing processes and data structures making knowledge easy to store and distribute to the organisation.
Further tasks will be:
You will be measured on your ability to create a confidence inspiring function where relevant knowledge and valid data are collected and distributed from.
Who are you?
You bring to the position a relevant bachelor or master’s degree, and you have been in a similar role for 2-3 years bringing solid CSR and Sustainability insight with you into this role. You have a keen interest in the field of CSR and Sustainability and know you are familiar with the essence of i.e., LCA, EPD and ESG. You have reported on KPI’s and know how to support governance structures in a larger organisation. You can also come from a HSE function having experience from a production environment. The role also requires you to be fully proficient in English.
On a more personal level, you are burning for sustainability and are proactive and outgoing. You are a good communicator and work independently. But first and foremost, you work structured and systematic with an analytical mindset.

- Coordinate, consolidate and report CSR and sustainability progress and data
- Give input to group policies and annual report associated with sustainability and CSR
- Build and develop governance guidelines
