As Leadership Advisor to our CIO, you will work as his right-hand man/woman in the company. Through a versatile every day, you will achieve a valuable skillset on a strategic level and get a unique overview of the company, while working closely with the CIO.
SUPPORTING THE CIO
In your daily work as Leadership Advisor to the CIO you will become the sparring-partner to the CIO and support him in his daily work. You will handle business cases and smaller projects aligned with the strategy, while maintaining the operations in the department. Your close collaboration with the CIO gives you a unique insight in the company and the possibility to advance in career level.
MAINTAINING THE OVERVIEW
As leadership advisor, you are responsible for supporting the operations of Group IT, including preparation of presentations, meeting material, correspondence, planning of meetings and calendar management, arranging business trips and arrangements in the department. The position accordingly requires an understanding of various disciplines, both technical and nontechnical, and a good overview, which gives you a broad competence profile. Furthermore, you will support and provide service to the department, board of management, and build relations within the company. You are also responsible for smaller projects supporting COWI's business strategy.
Since you have various areas of responsibility in your position, you will experience a steep learning curve in the position. If you are the right candidate for the position, we will adjust the tasks according to your areas of expertise and performance.

You are newly educated with a master's degree from a business school or from a technical university, with a broad business mind-set. Providing value for Group IT and the rest of COWI are essential, hence Business mindset, collaboration skills and potentially combined with a little technical insight would bring value to the position. If you have experience with management support or financial support, from a former student job or similar, it would also be a benefit.
