Do you want to be part of COWI's strategic journey in accelerating the green transition internationally? Do you want to be a part of the growth journey of a newly established department with a focus on Deal Advisory & Due Diligence in the energy sector? Are you passionate about being a trusted advisor on financial due diligence matters related to prospective deals? Then, this opportunity could be a match for you.

JOIN OUR NEWLY ESTABLISHED DEPARTMENT ON DEAL ADVISORY & DUE DILIGENCE IN LYNGBY

COWI experiences an increasing advisory demand by international investors and project developers targeting the buy or sell of green transition assets e.g. within PtX, wind, solar, bioenergy and CCS. To strengthen our position in the market, a new department opens its doors in COWI's Energy International business unit.

The new department aims to enable clients to realise long-term value, with a forward-thinking approach to deal planning and execution, considering key risks, opportunities, and business results. It works closely with clients to determine which prospective deals offer the most potential, based on COWI's deep sectoral knowledge, underlying market dynamics, economics, and engineering.

The Deal Advisory & Due Diligence Department is the hub of COWIs global end-to-end transaction buy or sell advisory, including all aspects of technical, financial, market, regulatory and ESG and sustainability due diligence, as well as capital raising. It aims to enable clients globally to progress towards their strategic goals and to make timely and evidence-based decisions by thoroughly assessing a target's full potential and thus enabling long-term value creation aligned with the green transition. It collaborates with private equity and institutional investor clients across the investment life cycle, from deal generation and due diligence to portfolio value creation and exit planning.
