The position As a Senior professional HVAC Engineer in the Utility team, you will be a key player in ensuring that the design and operating principles is well defined and rolled out on each of the of Novo Nordisk global fill & finish sites, as well as enable us to achieve a sustainable operation we will be proud of many decades from now. This will require significant collaboration within Fill & Finish Expansions and across our global sites, and the ability to achieve the best possible solution taking multiple constraints into consideration will be key. Key responsibilities for this role include: Managing tasks within the work package, including design solutions. Ensuring collaboration with global fill & finish sites and sub-suppliers. Coordinating with local and global stakeholders in an agile project setup. Planning and participating in global workshops and supplier supervision, as well as supporting activities related to FAT, SAT, and commissioning. Being the engineering responsible for selected parts of the project scope. Additionally, this role offers the opportunity to travel to our global sites, which includes locations in Denmark, France, Ireland, the US, Brazil, and China. The position requires approximately 20% travel. Qualifications Qualifications for this role may include: An academic degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Natural Sciences, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a project engineer within the area of design, maintenance, and validation of HVAC in a GMP environment (preferred). Familiarity with the SRV validation concept. Project execution experience within production/aseptic production, GMP in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or a similar industry. Knowledge or interest in exploring and driving new technologies. Great communication skills with the ability to build relations with stakeholders globally. Fluency in oral and written English.
