As a Director of Business Finance you will take on the responsibility to drive decision-making and business impact trough excellent financial processes, reporting and presentations. It will be your responsibility to ensure solid processes and deliver excellent financial planning, reporting and financial risk management assessments throughout the yearly budgeting process. It is important that you, together with your team, drive pro-active finance partnering and constantly look for opportunities to maximize the way we generate value to our stakeholders. As a Director of Business Finance you will have the following responsibilities:
• Overall finance for Fill & Finish Expansions (FFEx) including driving financial budgeting and follow-up processes to ensure full financial control and oversight in FFEx for both Opex and Capex.
• Lead financial target setting for FFEx, ensuring appropriate resource allocation by delivering necessary analysis and recommendations.
• Develop and drive the Finance functional strategies within FFEx.
• Ensure compliance with financial, procurement, and business ethics standards in FFEx.
• Act as a finance partner to FFEx management, providing necessary insights to support decision-making. The position is based in Lyngby, Denmark. However, the organizational responsibility extents to Fill & Finish Bangalore, India (GBS) where additional employees are based. Qualifications

About the Department
The Fill & Finish Expansions department is responsible for designing, planning, and building all major fill & finish expansion projects across Novo Nordisk. We are a newly established and growing area, focused on rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology. Our goal is to set the standards for the facilities of the future, designing facilities that we will still be proud of 20 years from now. As part of our global approach, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple sites and cultures across the world. Business Finance is a diverse department with dedicated and highly skilled employees, mainly based in Lyngby. Our department is responsible for the financial reporting and budgeting processes for FFEx and for driving finance partnering towards the senior management team in FFEx and Corporate Finance Functions. In addition, the team covers finance partnering toward all the support and staff functions overseeing the global investment portfolio of projects. You will head up a strategically important department in Fill & Finish Expansions covering the capacity expansion projects portfolio. You will be part of the FFEx Strategy, Governance & Finance management team, and you will drive the Global Finance Organisation in Fill & Finish Expansions and therefore be the Chair of the FFEx Finance Leadership Team.
