Your workplace will be key to support new and existing production sites in both inside and outside DK. You will support both the centralized and local teams with managing, analysing, and coordinating the BIM quality and processes. Your responsibility: Develop and implement global BIM standards, templates, Exchange Information Requirements, and BIM Execution Plans across all Novo Nordisk future facilities. Manage key BIM stakeholders and ensure alignment across all facilities, while controlling access of both internal and external stakeholders in the Common Data Environment (CDE). Secure and manage BIM data, models, and drawing documentation throughout the program, ensuring smooth digital handover from CDE to Novo Nordisk's content management system. Perform quality checks on BIM models and 2D drawing documentation, organizing and facilitating structured quality control meetings, such as clash control. Secure and support the overall BIM & CAD strategy of the Novo Nordisk future facilities. As the project is global, short-term travel to our partners and stakeholders abroad should be expected. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you: Have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Constructor, Technical Design, or a similar field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in design, maintenance, and validation of designs. Possess knowledge of global BIM standards, ISO 19650, and templates. Exhibit strong organizational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders worldwide. Have ability to perform quality checks on BIM models and drawings and facilitate quality control meetings. Have ability to ensure data integrity and security throughout the program. Have an excellent command of verbal and written English; proficiency in Danish, French, or Chinese is a plus.

You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approximately 28,500 of Novo Nordisk’s 64,000 employees. Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major fill & finish expansion projects across PSQIT to serve the needs of millions of patients.
We do it by rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology. We are setting the standards for the future, designing facilities we will still be proud of many decades from now. Fill & Finish Expansions has a global approach, where you will be working with multiple sites and cultures across the world.
