The position
To ensure that we never compromise on ethics & compliance in Novo Nordisk, Fill & Finish Expansions is seeking either a legal, communications, or project management intern. With this internship, Fill & Finish Expansions offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with internal ethics & compliance communication and project management with a global outreach to the Fill & Finish Expansions organization. You will join the Fill & Finish Expansions team, and report to the Senior Counsel, Ethics & Compliance Lead.
As our Intern, you will support cross-functional projects with activities such as stakeholder & project management, developing training materials, presentations, communication, and other communication tasks such as writing newsletters and supporting video and other visual assets creation. Depending on your competencies and fields of interest, you will be involved in additional tasks and projects in close collaboration with the teams. An internship in Fill & Finish Expansions is an opportunity to learn while doing.
Practicalities: The internship period: 6 months (with the possibility of extension to up to one year) Working hours: 18-37 hours per week (with the flexibility within the exam period) Start date: August 2024 (Flexible) Location: Lyngby, Denmark Internships are remunerated if your educational track allows. A Danish full-time work permit is required Students must be enrolled at a university through the entire internship period. Both the internship period and working hours will be flexible to accommodate school projects/exams.
Qualifications
We are looking for a student who is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree either in Corporate Communication, Business Communication, Law, Business Law, or equivalent with excellent results.

About the department
Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established division within Novo Nordisk’s Product Supply organization and oversees the largest investment portfolio within Novo Nordisk. The multi-billion portfolio is being governed via the central ‘Programme Office’, in which the finance department is anchored.
You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for delivering high-quality reporting to management and ensuring that business ethics standards are upheld within our fast-growing Fill & Finish organisation. You will be working closely with Fill & Finish Business Ethics and Compliance Lead and key stakeholders across the company to develop and implement policies and procedures that support Novo Nordisk’s core values and ethical standards.
