We are looking for a Student Assistant to join our Innovation Leadership Team to bring us closer to our goal of "Shaping a sustainable and liveable world." In this role, you will have an integral part in our communication activities across mainly internal but also external channels. You will be an important partner in drafting presentations for leadership or team meetings. You will also be involved in organizing and attending both physical and virtual events, like seminars and workshops, so being structured but also comfortable with engaging people and taking initiative is important. This role offers a great chance to contribute to our green innovation efforts, as we meet the next steps in sustainability, digitalization, and innovation that require creative solutions we develop together.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Supporting our team in preparing articles, features, and SoMe updates on innovation, sustainability, and digital activities or news.
  • Developing material related to sustainability and digitalization (reports, templates, PowerPoint presentations, training material, etc)
  • Assisting with the planning and coordination of events related to innovation, sustainability, and digital initiatives, and working with customers and partners on co-creation activities.

On top of that, you should have:

  • Be pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
  • Great English skills – both verbal and in writing
  • A creative and innovative mindset for finding solutions to new tasks
  • A talent for writing in an engaging and easy-to-understand way
  • Confidence in reaching out to specialists to gather information for your work
  • Familiarity with PowerPoint, and having a good eye for layour is advantageous
